1. Core Service Eligibility
By uploading files to Remix Lab AI, you represent that you hold full permissions and ownership copyrights to modify those assets. You may not upload sensitive, offending or infringing materials.
2. Credits Consumption
Standard image remix variation tasks consume 20 user credits. Task failures caused by model timeouts or server disruptions are automatically identified by the system and refunded to your user profile balance.
3. Disclaimer
Remix Lab AI makes no guarantees regarding the uniqueness of generated variations. AI outputs are rendered dynamically on an as-is basis.
4. Merchant of Record & Payments
All payments, subscription cycles, and top-up recharge transactions on Remix Lab AI are securely handled and processed by our third-party Merchant of Record (MoR) partners, Paddle.com or Creem.io. The Merchant of Record is the merchant of record for all our orders, responsible for global tax compliance, local payment processing, fraud checking, and invoice delivery. By purchasing credits, you agree to the respective buyer terms of Paddle or Creem.
5. Acceptable Use Policy & Content Moderation
You may not upload, request, or generate images that contain:
- Sexually explicit, adult, or NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content.
- Intellectual property, brand logos, proprietary product designs, or trademarks belonging to third parties without prior ownership authorization.
- Hate speech, harassment, threats, or violence promotion.
- Phishing, malicious code, or deceptive visual variations.
6. Sanctioned Territories
In accordance with the compliance standards of our Merchant of Record partners, we do not provide services or process transactions for buyers residing in sanctioned or trade-restricted countries (including Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba, and regions of Crimea).
