Refund Policy

1. Credits Usage & Failures
Any generation task request that fails due to internal system bugs, AI server processing failures or timeouts is automatically refunded as credits back to the user account balance. There is no user request required for these refunds.
2. Subscription & Package Refunds
Credits purchased via subscription or one-time recharge packs that have already been consumed for successful variations are non-refundable. If you make a purchase by mistake and have not consumed any credits, please contact our support team within 14 days for assistance.
3. Refund Processing & cancellations
Subscription cancellations and refund approvals are conducted by our Merchant of Record partners, Paddle.com and Creem.io, as the legal sellers of our service credits. You may manage your active subscriptions or submit cancellation requests via the email links sent in your receipt or by messaging support. Charging back successfully fulfilled tasks constitutes a breach of service terms and will result in immediate profile banning.
