1. Information We Collect

We collect email addresses when you authenticate or sign up. When you use our workspace, we collect and store images uploaded to Cloudflare R2 storage in order to facilitate AI generation workflows.

2. Asset Retention & Storage

Uploaded input photos and resulting variations are cached inside secure Cloudflare R2 vaults. Free tier user image variations are retained for 7 days. Paid VIP subscriber assets are retained for 30 days to facilitate creations access before automatic purging.

3. Third-party Providers

We use third-party payment processing and AI APIs (apimart, kie.ai) to complete purchase transactions and compile image variations. We do not use user images to train custom models.

4. Payment Processing & Merchant of Record Privacy

Billing and credit purchase transactions on our platform are conducted by our Merchant of Record partners, Paddle.com and Creem.io. Personal data, including billing information, emails, IP addresses, and payment details, is processed by Paddle and Creem in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
